Monterrey Mexico continues to grow at a rapid rate.  New houses are constantly being built, and there are more and more families, children.

All of the chapel areas and neighborhoods are growing.  The farthest edge of the parish keeps getting pushed out more and more.  These are the houses on the edge.

The area is currently known as New Sabanitas.  In time they will hopefully get running water, sewage, and electricity.  Eventually the area may become "regularized."  That means that the local government will come in, measure the lots, put in utilities, and pave the streets.

The people who live there now will have to take down their houses and either build more permanent ones or move again further out.
