Paulino Antonio Inés professed his perpetual vows at San Matias in Cd. Guadalupe (Monterrey), Nuevo León, México on Saturday, January 14, 2006.  Paulino is the second perpetually professed person to come out of this program.  Fr. Marin Hernández was ordained in 2003.  There are 7 temporarily professed, and another just entered the novitiate.

Paulino comes from the Huasteca in San Luis Potosi, not far from where Fr. Fred Schmidt had worked for so many years.  His first language is Nahuatl, the language that Our Lady of Guadalupe spoke to Juan Diego.

Paulino requests his vows. Sr. Carlota LeBeouf, MSC looks on during the litany of the saints.
Of course, there was a meal.  San Matias has the fastest crew for getting the church changed to a dining room and getting the food on the tables. (left to right): Fr. Pete Logsdon, Fr. Len Collins, Fr. Dan Panchot, Juan Ramon Alcudia Garcia, Fr. John Korcsmar (bottom), Alfredo Olvera Ledesma (top), Mario Guzman Gonzalez, Elvart Pinaicobo Atiare, Luis Antonio Perez Olivos (bottom), German Hernandez Nepamuceno (top), Fr. Marin Hernandez Campos (bottom, blue jacket), Paulino Antonio Ines (top) Carlos Jacobo de los Santos.  (Yes, the temporarily professed and Paulino are all in habits.)
