starts out with Ash Wednesday and the season of Lent. It is a busy day in
a parish with the phones ringing all day and people coming to the door and
asking when is the next time to get ashes.
And, of course,
there are also fish fries!
Father John
Korcsmar drove down to Monterrey. There one evening he explained to the
candidates the upcoming provincial chapter and our possible reuniting with the
Indiana Province.
The next evening
he went to the professed house where they--along with Len Collins, Marin
Hernandez, Dan Panchot, and Pete Logsdon--discussed the document on formation
which is being prepared for the first session of the chapter on March 14.
Part of the document was to summarize the history of our coming to Mexico, as
well as our formation program here.
