Sr. Lili and Fr. John did a presentation on the history and charisms of the Holy Cross Family. After seeing the videos, the Franciscan Sisters and some parishioners from Dolores served a spaghetti dinner along with the egg rolls and fried rice that Sr. Ane Monica made.
After the dinner, people shared their reflections on the videos and their experience with Holy Cross priests, brothers, and sisters.
Jose Mesquitic told the story of how he started college at UT, but things didn't make sense to him. He went to St. Ed's and one of the brothers taught him math. "A light went on, and I finished college at St. Ed's and earned a master's at Notre Dame."
