Sister Vidalina Barajas, CMST came to Austin with two of her sisters. They visited with John Korcsmar. One day they all went down to San Antonio where they saw the Institute of Texan Cultures. (By the way, I am happy to report that the Hungarian section has been enlarged. They have found more Hungarian culture in Texas. Some Hungarian in Austin must have read a book.) However, the Institute is really worth the visit.
They also had lunch on the Riverwalk.

After that they drove by the San Fernando Cathedral and the Alamo. Then they went to the San José Mission, which gives a very good idea of what life on the missions was like. The last part was a short movie on the original South Texans at the visitor center of the San José Mission.
They returned to Austin where Sister Rose had prepared an enchilada dinner for them.
